What would you say is your company's main strength?
Support. Yes, in a nutshell...support!
Funnily enough, a proper support service is the most IGNORED service with MOST web hosts, but we like to be different.
I've lost count of the amount of customers who switched to us simply because they'd email their host and either get nothing back, an incomplete answer in a silly time scale such as a few DAYS or simply a "we can't or won't help you" reply.
Support is what customers want. Many will be website savvy and may not darken a web host's email inbox, but there are a LOT of newbies excited about starting their first websites and they WILL have questions.
Luckily, we are there to give them that service. Because, web hosting IS a service.
What makes you different from other web hosting companies?
Well, support comes to mind, but that has already been explained.
Our big difference is the fact that you will NOT find technical jargon spewed across our website.
We believe strongly in explaining things in PLAIN ENGLISH.
A glance at our Help and FAQ pages will show you what we mean.
Everything is explained in detail. I laugh when I see web hosting homepages listing their features in web host speak, which will baffle novices. Like I said, there are a ot of newbies. We are different because we are there to help them launch their first websites.

Describe what you are doing to anticipate the next year of Internet growth?
Well, in 2006 and 2007 , we thought that our customers should be able to acquire other services from us and not just web hosting.
Therefore, we launched a sister website which provided domain names, so that they wouldn't need to go elsewhere.
We also offered the service of free 0844 numbers which would give our customer's businesses a national feel. For 2008, we have just launched an Web Directory, so that our customers can add their website links to it for better search engine placement.
In a nutshell, we now provide an all-round service and have even improved our current service. We are ready and waiting for the much anticipated surge of internet customers.
Where will you be in 5 years?
We will be still giving the same helpful service that we have always managed to do. We will have grown, but we will NOT and refuse to become corporate and faceless.
Why should a web developer choose you over someone else?
I think answers 1 and 2 explain our answer.

Describe the support services that you provide.
As stated earlier, this is our strongest point.
We mainly provide support by email. I feel this is the best way as nothing can be missed (as sometimes a customer may forget to mention something on the phone) , and everything can be answered methodically. We are available by phone, but this is not always manned.
We also offer techical support in the way of fixing website code for the customers, should their be unfortunate enough to make a mistake in their coding and break their website.
We offer support by email ANY time and , although we usually reply within the hour or even less, customers (say, in different timezones) may only be waiting a few hours at the most.
